The results of an applied study of the effectiveness of laser technologies in the automation of technological preparation of serial production of aircraft structures from polymer composite materials are presented. The article also discusses reducing the loss of expensive composite materials through the use of precise sweeping and cutting machines with CNC and reducing time losses by increasing the speed and improving the quality of manual stacking of composite material by means of using precise blanks and laser projections of the stacking areas. Particular importance in the article is paid to the use of laser technologies in the processes of automation of technological preparation of batch production to achieve a high level of repeatability of products, which will significantly reduce production defects due to the influence of the human factor on the production process. |
