This document is a Section 106 Santa Ynez Band of Chumash Indians (SYBCI) Transmittal Letter for the San Antonio Creek Restoration Project. The project proposed willow pole planting and container planting of riparian plants within a 12-acre field along the south side of San Antonio Creek as mitigation in support of the San Antonio Road West Bridge Maintenance Project. This letter is the initiation of Vandenberg Air Force Base for consultation with the SYBCI on finding no cultural resources identified in the project area. |
