Popis: | The creation of digital twins for cylindrical plunge-cut grinding on CNC machines is considered. That permits visualization of the shaping processes and the surface parameters (machining precision, depth of the defective thermal layer, and surface roughness). The rates of product rejection and the time to introduce a new control program for CNC wheel-grinding processes may be decreased by using digital twins to test various cutting conditions in the control program so as to ensure the product parameters specified by the drawing. |
