Popis:	The reactions of sodium ethoxycarbonylmethylthiosulfate and sodium phenacylthiosulfate with amine was examined and found to proceed through the intermediate formation of bisethoxycarbonylmethyldisulfide and phenacyldisulfide at the first step to give the corresponding thiooxamides.
