Reliability has a considerable role in Nuclear Power Plant safety and availability. A Nuclear Power Plant needs to be able to produce power in safety condition and economic efficiency. The Auxiliary Power Supply System is an important point in architecture of a Nuclear Power Plant because among of economic role, the system has a much more important role, namely to keep the reactor core in safety condition under various operating regimes of Nuclear Power Plant. The objective of this paper is to use a quantitative and qualitative technique in order to perform a reliability assessment of Auxiliary Power Supply Systems for a Nuclear Power Plant. |
