Popis: This paper is dealing with the effect of specimen geometry on JR-curves. A continuum damage mechanics model is used to simulate the crack initiation and growth in a thermally aged cast austenitic stainless steel. The model parameters are calibrated from notched tension specimens and CT specimens JR-curves computed from CT, SECP and CCP specimens are compared.
