The aim of this article is to explain the advantages of national reputation. In globalization, reputation for a country is needed to get more potential investors, exporters, and travelers. One of the many ways to build a national reputation is through political or military diplomacy because it provides security guarantees for the international public. As an element in the defense department, the police must participate through reputation management strategies to gain national standing. The police must work professionally in order to contribute to building a national reputation. This article uses the comprehensive literature study and meta-synthesis analysis method to explains how the police performance, in communication perspective, can contribute to the national reputation. Policymakers could use this article to assist public policies designed to improve national, primarily through political diplomacy. |
