Popis: Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: "Разработка мер по улучшению экономического состояния предприятия жилищно-коммунальной сферы». Целью исследования является проведение комплексной оценки экономической ситуации предприятия отрасли жилищно-коммунального Ñ Ð¾Ð·ÑÐ¹ÑÑ‚Ð²Ð° и разработка рекомендаций для улучшения его деятельности. В Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ проведения анализа решались задачи, а именно:  изучить теоретические Ð¿Ð¾Ð´Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ñ‹ к оценке экономического состояния предприятия Ð¾Ñ‚ÐµÑ‡ÐµÑÑ‚Ð²ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¸ Ð·Ð°Ñ€ÑƒÐ±ÐµÐ¶Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑƒÑ‡ÐµÐ½Ñ‹Ñ ;  провести комплексную оценку объекта исследования отрасли жилищно-коммунального Ñ Ð¾Ð·ÑÐ¹ÑÑ‚Ð²Ð°;  на основе проведенного анализа разработать меры по улучшению экономического состояния предприятия. Объект исследования – ООО «КУБАНЬВОДОКАНАЛ». Предмет исследования – экономическое состояние предприятия ООО «КУБАНЬВОДОКАНАЛ». В Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ написания работы были применены методы вертикального и горизонтального анализа, а также сравнительного. Проведен подсчет коэффициентов, обработана Ð±ÑƒÑ Ð³Ð°Ð»Ñ‚ÐµÑ€ÑÐºÐ°Ñ отчетность предприятия. По результатам проведенного исследования разработаны мероприятия для предприятия ООО «КУБАНЬВОДОКАНАЛ», направленные на улучшение финансового состояния такие, как повышение квалификации сотрудников, управление дебиторской задолженностью, внедрение электронного документооборота. Научная новизна работы заключается в применении нового метода оценки экономического состояния отрасли, основанного на принципе консолидации. Область применения – предприятия жилищно-коммунального Ñ Ð¾Ð·ÑÐ¹ÑÑ‚Ð²Ð°.
Topic of the final qualification work: "Development of measures to improve the economic condition of the housing and communal services enterprise". The purpose of the study is to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the economic situation of an enterprise in the housing and utilities sector and develop recommendations for improving its performance. In the course of the analysis, the following tasks were solved:  to study theoretical approaches to assessing the economic state of the enterprise by domestic and foreign scientists;  conduct a comprehensive assessment of the object of research in the housing and utilities sector;  based on the analysis, develop measures to improve the economic condition of the enterprise. The object of the research – LLC "CUBANISATION". The subject of the research is the analysis of the economic state of the enterprise "KUBANVODOKANAL" LLC. In the course of writing the work, methods of vertical and horizontal analysis, as well as comparative analysis were applied. Coefficients were calculated and the company's accounting statements were processed. Based on the results of the study, measures were developed for the company KUBANVODOKANAL LLC aimed at improving the financial condition, such as improving the skills of employees, managing accounts receivable, and implementing electronic document management. The scientific novelty of the work is the application of a new method in assessing the economic state of the industry, namely, the study of consolidation processes. The scope of the enterprise of housing and communal services.
