Popis:	A mucinous adenocarcinoma was found in the jejunum of an untreated male F344 rat of 126 weeks old. The neoplasm was primarily composed of cuboidal to columnar goblet cells that were arranged in a glandular form. Alcian blue-PAS staining revealed mucin in neoplastic cells and in the lumen. Paneth cells were found scattered among the goblet cells together with metaplastic cartilage and bone formation in the interstitium.
