| Popis: | A rare clinical observation of using hyperthermic isolated hepatic chemoperfusion is considered in the setting of a pathologically altered hepatic arterial blood flow in focal hepatic lesions caused by uveal melanoma metastases. The technical feasibility and safety of performing hyperthermic isolated hepatic chemoperfusion through the portal vein against the background of the altered hepatic arterial bed were demonstrated. |
