Popis: | In this paper we describe an experimental CAD design studio, where we study the influence of CAD tools and special materials on the process of designing. The studio has the following aims: teaching how to collaborate using an Internet facility, and exploring the relationship between computation, sketching and physical models. Interaction and sustainability are major themes in the design studio. We present the pedagogical approach and results of the design studio, followed by observations and conclusions. |
