DEVELOPMENT OF A PHOTOPOLYMER-ABRASIVE COMPOSITE FOR 3D PRINTING TOOLS

Popis: The article presents the developed composite compounds based on a photopolymer resin con-taining abrasive fractions of silicon carbide SiC for 3D printing of the tool. The developed pho-topolymer-abrasive compositions are investi-gated, the dependence of the viscosity of the compositions on the concentration of abrasive grains in them is revealed and shown. Based on the developed composite compounds, samples were made, their structure was presented and studied. Recommendations on the use and ap-plication possibilities of the developed compo-site are given.
