In this study, part of the pilot project "GlüGS - Glücksunterricht an Braunschweiger Grundschulen" will be evaluated. Within the project, students of the TU Braunschweig are instructed to conduct happiness lessons in tandem in 4th grades according to the curriculum of Carina Mathes. The aim is to investigate whether the happiness lessons have positive effects on various areas of the children's well-being in the short term and in the longer term (one month later and two months later), compared to a wait list control group. This part of the evaluation refers only to the pre, post and one-month follow-up measurement points. |
