Popis: | The thermal processes in turning are investigated by electrical analogy. An equivalent electric circuit is proposed for the system consisting of the workpiece, cutting insert, holder, and lathe housing. The corresponding model, derived by means of Simulink Mathlab software, describes both steady and transient thermal processes. A numerical example illustrates the effectiveness of simulation. |
