Popis:	In recent years increasing attention has been devoted to the role and optimization of computer-aided drug design (CADD) in the drug discovery process. Two years ago a Workshop on the Computational Chemistry — Medicinal Chemistry Partnership for New Drug Discovery (Gund et al. 1992) was held and a follow-up round table discussion of the findings took place as part of the Medicinal Chemistry Division Program at the National ACS meeting in Washington, D.C., in the same year. A review on the establishment of CADD groups and factors affecting their contribution has also been published (Snyder 1991).
