Popis: | The heat-resistance nickel-base alloy was produced by the additive technology of high-speed direct laser deposition. Various laser power parameters were applied during production of samples. A detailed study of the microstructure showed a change of the structure of the samples due to laser power increase and cooling rate change and repeated heat-effect. The phase composition was analyzed in accordance with the results of X-ray analysis and EDS. The changes in the ratio of alloying elements at the cross-section of samples showed a relationship between the distribution of nickel and chromium. |
