Popis: In anticipation of the growing trend toward a high-rise building development, it is necessary to develop new methodologies of fitting such structures into the social and physical environment. One basic strategy is to account for the variety of high-rise impacts. Impact review methods should range from qualitative assessments gaging the fit of a project with community values, to relatively objective evaluations based on the measurement of actual conditions, e.g., open space effects, air and water quality.
