Cervical Radiculopathy after Posterior Decompression of the Cervdcal Spinal Cord

Popis:	In 3 patients cervical radiculopathy occurred after posterior decompression of the cervical spinal cord. In the postoperative radiculopathy group the average backward movement of the spinal cord was 4mm on the C5 level and 5mm on the C6 level. In the nonradiculopathy group the average backeward movement of the spinal cord was 2mm at the C5 and C6 level. We recommend wide laminoplastic enlargment of the cervical canal.
