| Popis: | A 25 year old man presented to the hospital for severe abdominal pain right after weight lifting. Further imaging of the abdomen reveled that he had an acute dissection of the ascending aorta as well as a complete occlusion of the left common illiac artery as seen above (Figures 1 and 2). |
