In this chapter, we examine the importance of the intensification of international education, in particular, global citizenship education, as an umbrella aide towards profound understanding of similarities and differences among multicultural education, antiracist education, and diverse cultures education. As a consequence of participation in a symposium on international education,1 a graduate seminar was developed and delivered asynchronously as part of the M. Ed. at the University of New Brunswick. |
