Popis: | Our conception of the regionalization of the content of education is based on the Law on Education of the Russian Federation, on different versions of federal education programs, and on the experience from the beginning stages of the actual regionalization of education in Sverdlovsk Oblast and the Urals region. The fundamental purpose of the regionalization of the content of education is to make a transition from total statization of the system of education, from hyperstandardization and superuniformization of the programs, to the development of education under conditions of a civil, democratic society, with its characteristic diversity and interaction between private, regional, and federal interests. This, then, is the purpose of regional educational policy—to enable the system of education to turn to and accommodate the specific and actual vehicles of educational needs, the purposes and values of education. |
