The subject of the research is the development of an experimental module for water pretreatment by the reagent method. The main purpose of the bachelor's work is an analytical review of engineering and technological solutions in the lime pretreatment, the engineering of diagram for the system and the engineering of an automated experimental pretreatment module. The paper describes a description of the method of water pretreatment by the reagent method. The reagent is slack lime. The initial data for the engineering were the operating modes of the module and the required set of element base. Based on these requirements, combined structural and schematic diagrams of the system have been engineered. According to the schemes, an experimental pretreatment module was engineered, consisting of a slack lime dispenser and a wastewater neutralization section. A control system for the pretreatment module based on a programmable logic controller has been developed. Practical relevance. The developed module will serve as a based to experiment in the wastewater pretreatment in industrial conditions to select the optimal reagent consumption and the required system capacity. |
