Popis: During the operation and development of complexes of organic waste disposal, there are many problems related to evaluating the intensity of heat exchange and hydrodynamic conditions, which are caused by practically unlimited variation in the composition of the substrate for fermentation, narrow temperature ranges for a particular mode of fermentation, fractional substrate, conditions of mixing, etc. The authors conducted the research on structured and unstructured liquids with the methods of regular thermal mode (RTM), the advantages of which are: acceleration of experimental studies, wide possibilities for choosing a heat source, and reduced requirements for thermal protection of the experimental prototype from heat exchange with the environment. A water – thin metal wall – liquid system was considered. Using the concept of heating, tempo allowed conducting rapid assessment of the propensity of different liquid environments for heat exchange and the expediency of its use at biogas plant. In the future, it will enable to obtain the method of creating a mixture with a high propensity to heat exchange. The conditions under which the structure ruptures and, as a result, the heat transfer rate increases significantly have been established. The authors described the possibility of increasing the energy efficiency of heat transfer devices by reducing the uncertainty in the estimation of heat transfer intensities in liquid multiphase mixtures prone to structure change by improving the methods and implementation of the experimental-computational technique using the regular thermal mode (RTM) method.
