Popis: The d.c, current-voltage (I–V) characteristic of V2O5–Tθ2, glasses (unformed) in the composition range 20 to 80 mol.% V2O5, and in the ambient temperature range 250 to 371 K has been measured in sandwich geometry using silver paint eleotrodes and a constant current source.
