Popis: | The specific way of learning that a aimed at in the Dutch concept of supervision is explicated. Learning in supervision is broken down into three segments and can be seen as a model for the guiding of the learning process aimed at in supervision. Each of them represents part of the way of learning which is to be covered by te supervisee. The following successive stages are distinguished: the way of knowing, the way of choosing and the way of acting. The steps which have to be taken in every segment are described, as well as types of interventions that can be made by the supervisor to facilitate this process. |
