| Popis: | We describe a 16-year-old female with a lymphangiomyoma of the ileal mesentery. The patient presented with anemia, shortness of breath, fatigue, and vertigo. Sonography showed a 13-cm mass in the lower abdomen. Laparoscopy showed a tumor in the mesentery of the terminal ileum. Laparotomy was performed to resect the mass with a segment of the ileum. Histology showed a lymphangiomyoma. |
