Popis: | Autoantibodies against pancreatic islet antigens such as insulin, glutamic acid decarboxylase (GAD), and insulinoma associated protein-2 (IA-2) are well established in Type 1 diabetes (T1D) panels. Detecting their levels is clinically diagnostic of T1D. Sensitive detections are particularly important for providing predictive and screening values. Herein, we demonstrate the multiplexed detection of them using the label-free optical sensors. As low as 0.05 U/ml of three autoantibodies can be readily detect in serum, more sensitive than the available commercial ELISA kit. |
