Popis: | The ligninolytic fungus Phlebia radiata growing in a low-nitrogen medium with wheat bran as the sole carbon source was induced by some lignin monomers, e.g. vanillic, veratric and ferulic acids. In the medium these substances showed a mainly stimulating influence on the hemicellulolytic enzymes activity except for arabinofuranosidase and ferulic acid esterase. |
