Popis:	Gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GISTs) of the duodenojejunal flexure are rarely reported. Diagnosis can be elusive and their management is difficult. Definitive surgery remains the main stay of treatment for patients with localized GIST. The radical resection should be followed by adjuvant treatment only for a group of patients with adverse factors indicative of significant risk of recurrence. Our case report aims to highlight some issues related to the diagnosis and management of GISTs at this uncommon site.
