Popis:	This article examines effects which occur due the time-varying inlet concentration of impurities in a suspension. It is found that the time during which charging of a filter exerts a protective effect depends on the method by which this time is determined. The dependence of filtration characteristics on the quality of regeneration of the filter medium is established.
