Popis:	Literature review in intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring during spinal deformity correction showed that the increase in the number of neuromonitoring modalities is viewed as a major trend with the technique. This makes the testing procedure more complicated and generates controversies in interpretations of the findings. Algorithmization of monitoring and formalization of the findings can be practical in addressing methodological problems.
