Tasks solved during exploration:Calculation of welding arc regimesCalculation of parameters of welding invertor partsDesign of welding arc model using COMSOL Multiphysics interfaceDesign of HF transformer using COMSOL Multiphysics interfaceDesign of welding invertor model using MATLAB-Simulink interfaceCurrent work was made using mathematical calculations and design of models of welding arc and welding invertor using MATLAB-Simulink and COMSOL Multiphysics interface. The parameters of welding arc were calculated for 5 different cases and derived from COMSOL Multiphysics interface. 10 different cases were calculated in MATLAB-Simulink with information obtained from the literature used and recent experiments.The results of the current work are a model of a welding arc, a model of a HF transformer, a model of a welding invertor. As a result of this work, conclusions were drawn about the effectiveness of using design interfaces in cases of developing similar devices. |
