Popis: In the past, the development of novel medications has been significantly aided by empiricalstudies of phenotypic alterations. Researchers and organizations that work to find new drugs useall of the information and skills at their disposal to decide on the best approaches and beginningpoints. A technique used in drug development to find compounds that can change a cell'sphenotype is called phenotypic screening. These compounds are identified using both cell-basedtests and animal models. Numerous phases in the drug discovery process can be improved thanksto technological developments that produce enormous data sets and new machine learningtechniques for analyzing high-dimensional profile data. An effective strategy in genetics hasbeen to anticipate the activities of genes using complex phenotypes, and grouping mutationsaccording to their organismal phenotypes has provided crucial information on the actions ofseveral genes and pathways. Here, we present a python script, cli.py of the Drug_phenotypemodule of the Cov_DrugX pipeline which depicts various phenotypes of drugs involved,information about various genes and different structures for drugs involved in phenotypicidentification and also provides us with the knowledge of symptoms shown
