The aim of this paper is the follow-up and the study of the vibratory behavior of a machine i located in a cement factory: Axial Burner. Vibration monitoring and an experimental study are carried out on the entire kinematic chain of the machine. Measurement point programming and vibration measurements are performed by vibration analysis software and bidirectional computer data collector. The spectral interpretation reveals the presence of an imbalance on the rotor carrying the turbine. This imbalance causes deterioration of the coupling, bearings and cracks at the attachment points of the frame with the concrete block. Comparing the results of the numerical simulation with those of the experiment leads to conclusions leading to technological changes. |
