The characteristic features of the formation of the spatial energy spectra of extended holes of millimeter cross section illuminated by radiation of different wavelengths have been investigated. The fundamental possibility of determining the diameter of an extended hole is shown. The main analytical expressions relating the radius of the hole to diffraction orders have been found. |
