The topic of the final qualifying work: "A cantilever wall-mounted mobile crane for special purposes". During the thesis, a cantilever crane was designed to perform loading and unloading operations in a machine shop. An auxiliary lifting mechanism was also designed. This mechanism is a non-rotating column with a two-shoulder console mounted on it on a pivot wheel, on the outer console of which a hoist is installed. The installation of this mechanism will expand the range of tasks performed and increase the capabilities of the lifting machine. Crane design includes calculations of auxiliary and main lifting mechanisms, trolley movement and crane movement. The main elements for each mechanism are selected, such as the engine, brake, clutch. The metal structure of the crane was also designed. In the process of designing the metal structure, design loads were determined, geometric parameters of the scheme were selected, calculations of the structure were performed considering the conditions of strength, rigidity, and local stability. Verification calculations of the bolt connection of the boom with the end beams and the welded connection of the boom and flange were performed. |
