Popis: The movability of nonequilibrium unthermolized vacant electron sites does not depend on temperature in ZnS crystals, assuming that their energy in ZnS crystals is much higher than the temperature’s contribution to energy, and dissipation mechanisms are dominated by scattering by ions, neutral impurities, and defects.
