Popis: | The prevalence rate of peripheral arterial disease has been increasing in Taiwan in recent years. The occlusion of artery will reflect on the oxygen saturation of muscle, especially after exercise. A wireless tissue oximetry based on near-infrared spectroscopy is developed in this study to help to detect arterial occlusion. The measurement of change in hemoglobin oxygen saturation was measured on gastrocnemius muscle using air cuff with different pressure to simulate the blockage of blood flow. |
