All countries and regions hope to become the commanding heights of human resources for science and technology and vigorously promote the gathering of scientific and technological human resources. With the development of China's economy, the progress of technology and the upgrading of industrial structure, a large number of scientific and technological human resources have been gathered, and the agglomeration phenomenon is gradually developed into agglomeration effect. We should recognize the importance and far-reaching significance of the agglomeration of scientific and technological human resources from the overall level of economic development, and ensure the development of scientific and technological human resources agglomeration to keep up with the pace of economic development in China. An empirical analysis on regional agglomeration effect of scientific and technological human resources was analyzed based on information technology. |
