This study is a follow-up to a study done as a part of this project to conceptually replicate the study by Zhou (1998) testing the effect of feedback valence on creativity. Zhou's study showed that other aspects of task autonomy and feedback style were not significantly related to creativity, post feedback. Our first study showed that the effect of feedback depended on the type of task given, but was confounded by the order in which participants completed the 2 creativity tasks.
