Popis: | The low-frequency permittivity tensor of ZnP2 and CdP2 crystals of tetragonal modification is calculated in terms of the long-wavelength frequencies of lattice vibrations corresponding to different orientations of the wave vector. A spectrum of mechanical polaritons is presented. Dependences of the light reflection coefficient on the frequency and propagation direction are calculated for the ZnP2 and CdP2 crystals of tetragonal modification. |
