Popis: In the newly revised edition of “Agriculture Handbook No. 8,” the citrus fruit group has been expanded to include values for 51 orange and grapefruit items in fresh and processed forms and for 22 other items, including lemons, limes, tangerines, tangelos, and kumquats. In this paper, the problems in determining the values used in the new edition are assessed and discussed.
