Popis:	The features of the change in the magnetic permeabilities (apparent and real) of ferromagnetic rods of finite length, magnetized by the uniform and nonuniform magnetic fields of coils of arbitrary length are investigated. Their relationship with the magnetic permeability of the material is established.
