Hormonal replacement therapy for postovarioectomic syndrome

Popis:	The forming specifies of Postovarioectomic syndrome (POES) after extirpation of uterine with both adnex in transitive age (after 45 years) in regular menstrual cycle was investigated. The high frequency of POES (78,1%), rapid appearance of early and late climacteric symptoms is found out. The role of premorbide surgical background in the domination of hard and middle degree disturbances (56%) was showed. The hormonal profile POES was investigated in dynamics HRT estradiol. The role of large estrogen doses and potentioning gestogen effect in the rapid elimination of early climacteric symptoms was shown. We carried out the comparative analysis of modern drugs HRT (Livial, Klimonorm, Klimen, Estraderm-TTS) after ovarioectomy with or without the uterine extraction.
