Popis: | Scattering-mode super-resolution structure (Super-RENS) is an alternative to realize high-density optical data storage. Ag doped GeSbTe films were investigated to optimize the high- density optical data storage characteristics. It was found that the readout durability could be greatly improved by Ag doped GeSbTe films. |
