ÐодÑобно опиÑан алгоÑиÑм взаимодейÑÑÐ²Ð¸Ñ Ñ Ñаблоном. The paper outlines the rationale for the use of BIM technologies at the stage of building operation. The existing situations and prospects for the development of the use of information modeling for household management, as well as the existing protocols and standards that allow automating the internal engineering networks of the dwelling, are analyzed. For a specific projected facility, the degree of energy efficiency was calculated. Comparison of the results of manual calculation of energy efficiency and calculation using the Revit program has been made. Based on the results of the study, a template for the Revit program was developed in order to conveniently use the BIM model of the building at the stage of building operation. The algorithm of interaction of an engineer with a template is described in detail. |
