Popis:	A partially cystic bone tumor, diagnosed as an osteosarcoma of the upper ramus of the left pubis, was resected. This tumor was found accidentally during a follow-up examination for congenital dislocation of the ipsilateral hip joint. The defect was reinforced with marlex mesh, but no bony reconstruction was performed.
