Popis: Because of the gradual improvement of people's living standards, it is normal to eat and dress warmly. Moreover, meat ingredients have become a must-have food on people's tables. And people are affected by smart machines, staying at home and lack of exercise, causing obesity to become more and more prominent. To this end, this article proposes to perform aerobic exercise. It can strengthen the physique and is conducive to physical health. As for aerobic exercise training, this article insists on the need for a special system to assist in realizing the normalization of aerobic exercise. This article uses experimental methods, comparison methods and algorithm analysis methods to study motion estimation algorithms and aerobic exercise assistance systems. The experimental results show that the detection error of the auxiliary system in aerobic exercise is less than 1, which is worthy of application.
