Popis: | A motion detection and interpolation scheme for interlaced-to-progressive scan conversion is proposed for advanced television systems. A weighted median filter structure is used for interpolation. The whole motion adaptive interpolation structure improves the misdetection while preserving performance at still areas. Simplified spectra of TV signals are visualized. Flickers are reduced by this motion detection and interpolation. > |
