According to certain mathematical rules, we establish a cellular automaton (CA) model for a traffic flow system with discrete dimensions, which considers the vehicle's driving on the road as a discrete dimension traffic flow system. We simulate the traffic of each two-lane road around the residential area with the STCA model, and simulate the traffic situation of the single-lane vehicles in the residential area with the NaSch model, and simulate the vehicle traffic at the intersection with the Cellular Automaton model. Taking the surrounding roads of three types of residential district as an example, we simulate the traffic situation before and after the opening of the residential district by VISSIM. Based on the data analysis of four kinds of road traffic impact index before and after the opening of three different types of residential areas, we obtain the influence of residential area opening on the peripheral road traffic. |
